You may want to know more about the Stories feature under the Creative module. Stories (formerly Lookbooks) gives your team the opportunity to curate customized, beautiful, and browse-able content in a professionally designed layout to send to customers.

Stories let you stay connected to your customers by directly sending them curated product recommendations or first-looks at new arrivals - even when they're shopping remotely. Virtual shopping sessions have never been easier, for both you and the customer.

Products in Stories

The items from your Products page can be included in your Stories. If the item you select also has an associated URL, the customer can click on the item and visit the product listing directly on your e-commerce site.

Sharing Stories

Share your Stories through Endear Messaging or use the Shareable Link to send through e-mail, text message, or via social media. Links to Stories are accessible to anyone you share them with; customers do not need any special app in order to view Stories. Customers can also share Stories with their friends.

Story Options

Customize the look and feel of your Stories through their settings. You can choose what page elements to display, what product details to include, and whether or not images are clickable.

Whether you're sharing a Story with one or multiple customers, you can always see how many people have viewed the Story and how many people have clicked through to your e-commerce site. This can help you determine what content is most engaging to your customers.
