When writing a message to a customer, you can attach Stories to your email or SMS. Stories are a great way to keep your customers engaged with specific items you've selected. Learn more about Stories.
Adding Stories to a message
When composing a message Click on + Actions and choose Insert stories
Select which stories you'd like to add and Click Insert Story
You can now see your story in the message composer

3. You can now see your story in the message composer
