How can I add images to my messages?

Applies to: All (Users, Managers, & Admins)

​Note: For SMS, a preview image will be sent with a short link to view the full image. Some countries do not support image sending over SMS.

1. Compose a new message or reply to an existing thread.

2. Click on "+ Insert"

3. Click on "Insert images"

4. Select which image(s) you'd like to insert or "Upload" new ones.

5. Click on "Insert Assets"

6. The image will appear in the body of your message. Click "Preview" to see what it will look like before sending.
