Overview
Select + Insert.
Select Insert images.
Select the images to insert.
Select Insert Assets.
Select Preview to see what the image looks like.
Note: For SMS, a preview image will be sent with a short link to view the full image. Some countries do not support image sending over SMS.
Step-by-step guide
2. Select + Insert top or the + at the bottom. What your composer looks like may vary by brand and what features you have enabled.
3. Select Insert images.
4. Select the images you'd like to insert, or select Upload to add new ones. Each file can be up to 32 MB.
5. Select Insert Assets or Attach.
6. The image will appear in the body of your message. Select Preview to see what it will look like before sending.
Note: For SMS, a preview image will be sent with a short link to view the full image. Some countries do not support image sending over SMS.
Note: If the Preview button is greyed out, you may need missing required fields such as the email subject line.
File size limit
Maximum file size is 32 MB. This applies to images, GIFs, videos, and files you attach to a message. Compress or trim larger files before uploading.
Seeing "Oops, something went wrong"? If this screen appears after you attach a file, the file is likely over 32 MB. Reduce the file size and try again.
