To keep a previous conversation in mind, you can reply to or follow up on a customers most recent message.

Solution Overview

  1. From the Messaging module, you can find all the conversations you are participating in under My Inbox.

  2. Click the Type something field to begin composing your message. Once complete, click Done.

  3. Click the Review button at the bottom to review your message.

Alternatively, you can visit the customer's profile page and find your conversation under the Messaging tab.

Step 2.Click the Type something field to begin composing your message. Once complete, click Done.
