To keep a previous conversation in mind, you can reply to or follow up on a customers most recent message.
Solution Overview
Click Inbox
Find and click the conversation from My Inbox (Alternatively, you can view Messages from the customer's profile and click View Conversation on the conversation)
Compose your message and click Send
