Overview
If you have changed your name recently, noticed a misspelling, or it currently shows as "Anonymous user", you can easily update it in your profile settings. This is important because:
Your name appears in customer communications
A proper name is required in order to send campaigns
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Select your profile with your name and profile picture
2. Find the field Name and select edit. Make sure to use your real name as it will appear in customer communications.
3. Select Save. Your new name will take effect immediately
