When continuing a customer conversation in the new Inbox (beta), you have tons of relevant customer information right at your fingertips with the Customer Details page.
Locating Customer Details
When messaging a customer, use the right-hand pane and select Details.
βNote: This feature is only available within conversation threads. It's not available when drafting a new message.
Activity Tab
Within Customer Details, use the Activity tab to easily review past purchases, messages, and appointment. Use horizontal scroll on your track pad or swipe on mobile to view all the categories of information.
Profile Tab
Within Customer Details, use the Profile tab to easily see any assigned staff members, preferred communication methods, and customer demographic information.
