When using Endear, you have the option to undo an SMS or email message within the first 10 seconds of sending. This setting is on by default for all Endear users.
Important Note: The undo functionality is not available when messaging in SalesChat.
How do I undo a sent message?
After sending an SMS or email message, you will see the pop-up with the option to undo in the bottom-right hand corner. It will be available for 10 seconds.
How can I turn off the undo setting?
To turn off the undo message pop-up, follow the instructions below. With this setting off, you will no longer receive the pop-up allowing you to undo a message. You can turn it back on at any time.
1. Click on Settings, then Notifications
2. Under the Messaging section, locate the line item "Undo message pop-ups" and toggle the setting off. Then click Save
