In Endear Saleschat you can open tickets to place on a customer's chat. This can be useful for issues that can't be solved in one chat. Users will also have the opporunity to discuss the ticket. These tickets and comments are internal and not made available to the customer.
How to Open a Ticket:
Overview:
1. Click on the + under Tickets
2. Write your internal message on the ticket.
3. Click on Confirm
4. You can view/comment on the customer Ticket by clicking on the Tickets in the chat.

How to Resolve a Ticket:
Overview:
1. Click on the Ticket under Tickets in the Details panel
2. Leave any additional information and click Post
3. Towards the bottom of the ticket panel Click on Resolve
4. The Ticket will change from Open to Resolved
