How do I transfer a chat

Transfer chats to another employee or team

Applies to: Users, Managers, and Admins

In Saleschat you can transfer chats to another Team or Salesperson. You can use this to make sure that the customer is in touch with the right person for the job.

Overview:

1. Click the + Under Participants on the right Details panel

2. Choose whether you'd like to transfer to a Team or User

3. Select the Team or User

4. Click on Confirm

5. View updates on the Transfer Status in the Details window under Transfer
