In Saleschat we have some default language you can setup that your customers see when starting or exiting a chat.

​Available-mode greeting - This messsage will be shown when someone begins a chat and you are available
​Away-mode greeting - This message will be shown when someone submits a request for a chat and you are not available
​Away-mode submitted - This message will be shown after someone submits a request for a chat and you are not available
​Legal disclaimer - This message will be shown as a disclaimer before starting a chat or submitting a request
​Contact request - This message will be shown when asking for contact information in Saleschat
​Chat closing soon - This message will be shown when the chat will be closed soon due to inactivity
​Chat closed - This message will be shown when the chat is closed

Here is how to adjust any of the above

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on SalesChat…

3. Click on Appearance…

4. In the appearance settings scroll down to Labels and make adjustments.

5. Click on Save
