Endear gives you the option to change your Email's display name. This allows you to customize how members of your Team appear in customer inboxes.
You can use the following merge fields for your custom Display Name:
{{user.first_name}} - User's First Name
{{user.last_name}} - User's Last Name
{{brand.name}} - Your Brand's Name
{{team.name}} - Your Team's Name
Overview:
Click on Settings
Click on Teams
Click on the Team you would like to adjust
Scroll down to Messaging Defaults and click Edit next to Email from
View available merge fields by clicking on ?
Adjust your Email Display Name
Click Save
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Teams
3. Click on the Team you would like to adjust
4. Click Edit
5. View Available Merge Fields
6. Adjust your Email Name
7. Click on Save
