In some occasions, customer are unable to receive attachments, assets and images in the messages sent to them.

For example, if the customer is using a web security system such as Norton 360,

it can sometimes cause issues with many web pages.

In the short term, we recommend filing a false positive report with Norton directly here: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/uk/home/current/solutions/v126152382.

If they are using an different web security app, we recommend they reach out to that company's support team for more assistance.
