Most brands set up call forwarding in the case their customer wants to move from SMS messaging to calling the store location directly.
Overview:
Click on Settings
Click on Contact Methods
Choose the SMS number you'd like to setup forwarding for
Click "Edit" under Call Forwarding
Enter your number and hit Save

2. Click on Contact methods…
3. Choose the SMS number you'd like to setup forwarding for
4. Click "Edit" under Call Forwarding
5. Enter your number and hit Save
