Most brands set up call forwarding in the case their customer wants to move from SMS messaging to calling the store location directly.
After setting up your SMS number, go to Settings
Click on Messaging
Go to Contact Methods
Click on your store location SMS phone number
Drop down to Call Forwarding Number, click Change
Add your store phone number
Click on Save

Step 3. Go to Contact Methods
Step 4. Click on your store location SMS phone number
Step 5. Drop down to Call Forwarding Number, click Change
Step 6. Add your store phone number (can be cell or landline) to be forwarded.
Step 7. Click Save
