Create an email address with your brand's custom domain

Once you've connected a custom domain, you can setup new e-mails or edit existing e-mails to use your new domain.


Create a new E-mail using your Custom Domain

Overview:

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Click on Contact methods

  3. Click on + Add contact Method and choose Add email address

  4. Select a new domain from the dropdown and choose your custom domain

  5. Fill out the e-mail, access and label for your new E-mail and click Confirm

Edit an existing E-mail to use your new domain

Overview:

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Click on Contact Methods

  3. Choose the e-mail you'd like to edit

  4. Under Domain click Edit

  5. Select your new custom domain
