Endear will create an email address for each of your locations automatically so that you and your team can start sending messages immediately.

You can also set up additional email addresses that either use Endear's domain, or your own custom domain. A domain is the part of the email address that comes after the @ symbol.

You can set up an e-mail address using a subdomain we provide out-of-the-box, endear.chat. We will automatically add your brand as a subdomain to make it easy for your customers to identify who the message is coming from (@yourbrand.endear.chat).

Alternatively, you can also connect your own custom domain for a more branded experience, such as shop.mybrand.com.
