You can easily view and filter your available templates in your Inbox module. For more information on how to create new templates, refer to this article.
Viewing Templates - Old Inbox
1. Select Inbox, and then select Templates.
Viewing Templates - New Inbox (beta)
1. If you are utilizing the new Inbox (beta), click the dropdown next to My Inbox.
2. Select Templates from the left-hand navigation menu.
Filtering Templates
From the Templates page, you can view all all of your templates. Utilize the filters to quickly narrow down based on specific criteria.
Type: Filter on type to find templates created for a specific communication method such as SMS, Email, or SalesChat.
More Filters: You can also filter on who created the template and whether or not the template is deleted. For example, if you want to find templates that you made, select the filter Creator, then select is..., then select Current user.
