How do I disable or re-enable a team on my account?

As an admin, you can disable and re-enable any teams from your account at anytime. This can be useful if you've closed or re-opening a store

As an admin, you can disable and re-enable any teams from your account at anytime. This can be useful if you've closed or re-opening a store. To delete teams from your account, follow the steps below. (To restore a team, click here).


How to disable a team

Overview:

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Click on Teams

  3. Select the team you'd like to disable

  4. Click Disable under Status

How to Restore a previously disabled team

Overview:

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Click on Teams

  3. Click on the Status Filter and choose Disabled

  4. Select your disabled team

  5. Under Status click Enable
