By default, sales will be attributed based on the following rules:

All sms messages will be considered “open” since it is not possible to measure whether an sms message was opened, but most analysis suggests that close to 100% of sms messages are opened.

Customers on our Professional or Enterprise plan can adjust the default values for the attribution rules. Each sale will have an “attributable amount” which is equal to the Total Order Value, excluding taxes and shipping. The attributable amount will be split across all users that sent a valid message within the attribution windows listed above.
