Overview
Endear can notify you when the AI Opportunity Engine identifies customers who are ready for personalized outreach based on their purchase history, shopping behavior, and engagement. If you'd like to stop receiving these alerts, you can turn them off individually by delivery method from your notification settings.
AI Opportunity Engine notifications can be delivered via SMS, push, or email
Toggles can be turned on or off per delivery method
Changes are saved automatically
Step-by-step guide
1. Select Settings from the bottom of the left-hand navigation.
2. Select Notifications from the settings menu.
3. Scroll to the Endear AI section and locate the AI Opportunity Engine row. Toggle off (to the gray) for any delivery methods you no longer want to receive notifications through. Then select Save to confirm your changes.
