Overview
Click "Settings", then "SalesChat"
Click "Notifications"
Select the desired teams/individuals to be notified
If needed, create additional batches of teams/individuals to be notified in succession.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to "Settings" then click "SalesChat".
2. Select desired teams or individual users who should receive SalesChat notifications. For the selected team/user, you can determine if the notification should be sent "Always" or only "When available". You can also remove someone from notifications here.
3. If you want to create multiple batches of notifications that are sent sequentially 10 seconds apart, click "+Add a batch" and select the teams/individuals for the subsequent batches.
