When using SalesChat, you can adjust your availability status to ensure effective communication with customers. By setting your status to Active, you indicate that you’re available to respond to chats while switching to Away lets customers know you’re temporarily unavailable and responses may be delayed.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. From the Home Page, toggle the status to the right of your name.
2. Another way to edit your availability is directly in the Inbox. Click "SalesChat".
3. Toggle your status in the lower-left corner. Whenever your status is changed, the SalesChat widget will be updated immediately.
