In order to display information from Attentive and use it for message sending in Endear you must submit a CSV for import. We currently support imports related to opt-ins and opt-outs of Email and SMS messaging. Submitting a CSV is the only way to import historical Attentive data into Endear. Please reach out to Attentive support for an export and then submit the CSV file to support@endearhq.com for importing.
The CSV file must include the following columns:
Phone: The customer's phone number, include this field to associate SMS messaging opt-ins and opt-outs.
Email: The customer's email address, this is used to identify the customer and to manage email communication preferences.
Opt-In Time: The date and time when the customer opted-in to receive communications. This timestamp is crucial for tracking consent and ensuring compliance with marketing laws.
Opt-Out Time: The date and time when the customer opted-out of communications. Recording this timestamp helps maintain an accurate record of consent withdrawal for compliance purposes.
