Requirement: Shopify and Shopify Admin privileges.
Endear allows real-time communication through our new SalesChat feature. This guide will walk you through the steps of installing the SalesChat Widget on your Shopify site. After installing Saleschat we recommend reviewing the Visibility Settings to make sure it appears on your website.
Installing the SalesChat Widget
Overview:
Click on Settings
Click on SalesChat
Choose your Shopify site and click on Create a website key
Create a label for your key and Click on Create
Copy your new key by clicking on Copy
Click on Install Widget
In Shopify, Paste in your key for the SalesChat app
Click Save in Shopify
