How to handle unverified Sales Chat conversations

As conversations from Sales Chat come in, Endear distinguishes them as either verified or unverified.

Verified

These represent conversations from users who have logged in to your store via Shopify. With verified conversations, you are safe to share additional information found in Endear with the conversant.

Unverified

These represent conversations from users who have not yet logged in to your store via Shopify. Since the conversant has yet to authenticate themselves, it is not safe to share sensitive information found in Endear. You may request that the person log in, so that you can be certain the person is who they say they are.
