If you find that you no longer need to have a team location due to the store closing, pop-up stores, etc. You can move the contact method to a different store.
This will make sure that if your customer reaches out to the previous contact details, it will show up in one of your active team locations.
Go to Settings --> Click on Messaging
Click Change on the contact location method you would like to change to another location.
Update to the active team location of your choice.
