Using Endear's Subdomain
You can set up an e-mail address using a subdomain we provide out-of-the-box, endear.chat. We will automatically add your brand as a subdomain to make it easy for your customers to identify who the message is coming from (@yourbrand.endear.chat).
Using Your Own Domain
Alternatively, you can also connect your own custom domain for a more branded experience, such as shop.mybrand.com.
How to set up email contact method in Endear
Overview:
Click on Settings
Click on Contact methods…
Click Add Contact Method and choose Add email address
Select your Domain. Endear's domains will end in endear.chat
Fill out your E-mail Address, Access, and Label
Click on Confirm
Review your new contact method and make any additional changes.

5. Fill out your E-mail Address, Access, and Label
6. Click on Confirm
7. Review your new contact method and make any additional changes.
Now users can send e-mail messages from this new address!
