Admins and managers can send a message to an entire segment of up to 2,500 customers at once in Endear. Endear will also take care of making sure that customers do not receive the same message twice, and that customers only receive one blast in the same 24 hours.

1. Use the checkbox at the top of the segment and click on the option to select all the customers in the segment (highlighted below).

2. Once they are all selected, click either the email or text option

3. You'll see a confirmation of your total recipients when you confirm your contact method

4. You'll see this same total at the top of your message. If you click on the list, you can then choose to add or remove customers just as you normally would.
