When a customer responds to a message, you will also receive an email with the content of their message. However, if you reply directly to notification emails received from Endear, your response will not reach the intended customer; it will be sent to Endear's support team instead. To communicate directly with your customers, click the link within your notification to be taken to your conversation with the customer and respond in Endear.
