Overview
If you accidentally deleted a campaign or need to bring back a previously deleted campaign, you can easily restore it using the campaign filters. Deleted campaigns remain accessible and can be restored at any time.
How to Restore a Deleted Campaign
1. Navigate to the Campaigns page from the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Select All, and then the magnifying glass to open the campaign filters.
3. Select Add filter and then select Deleted.
4. Set Deleted to Yes to view all deleted campaigns. Locate the campaign you want to restore
5. Open the campaign and select Restore to bring the campaign back to your active campaigns list. After restoring, the campaign will return to its previous state and will appear in your regular campaigns view.
Important Notes
Restoring a campaign does not automatically set it live. After restoring, you'll need to review the campaign settings and manually set it live if you want it to run again.
If the campaign was a one-time campaign that already completed, you may want to duplicate it instead of relaunching the original.
All campaign data, including performance metrics and message history, is preserved when a campaign is deleted and restored.
