Navigating to the Appointments dashboard
Click on Customers

Key Features of the Appointments dashboard
Tabs
Toggle between the Today, Upcoming, Past, and All tabs to help you focus on what matters now, plan ahead for future appointments, or reflect on historical appointments.
Filter & Sort
Use the filter and sort buttons to narrow your list based on different criteria. For example, you could view all appointments assigned to a certain team member or all appointments of a specific service.
Search
Use the search bar to instantly find appointments associated with a customer's name, email, or store location.
Statuses
Use the statuses to quickly identify appointment status through color-coded indicators (green for confirmed, yellow for pending, red for cancelled). This visual system helps you assess your schedule at a glance.
Appointment Notes
View and update appointment notes to add important context about special requests or accommodations. These notes are only visible to your team, they are not shared with the customer.
