Applies to: Admins for all calendars, including adding themselves to employee calendars, and Users for calendars they own
Overview:
Click on Settings
Click on Appointments
Click on Calendars
Click on the Calendar you want to edit
Edit the Calendar details
Click Save
1. Click on "Settings"
2. Click on Appointments
3. Click on "Calendars"
4. Click on the calendar you want to edit
5. View and edit the calendar details:
Label: Change the name of the calendar.
Access: Adjust the access permissions for users.
Available Hours: Adjust whether the calendar will have it's own custom availability or if it will follow the availability settings on the given service or booking link.
Owner/Team Owner: Modify the individual or team owner of the calendar.
Access: Change who can view or edit the calendar. * To add yourself as an editable user: Click "Edit" under Access, enter your name, and ensure you have editing permissions. * Verify you've selected the correct employee's calendar before making changes.
6. Click Save
