How do I edit a calendar?

Learn how view and change calendar settings.

Applies to: Admins for all calendars, Users for calendars they own

Overview:

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Click on Appointments

  3. ​Click on Calendars

  4. Click on the Calendar you want to edit

  5. Edit the Calendar details

  6. Click Save


1. Click on "Settings​"


2. Click on Appointments


3. Click on "Calendars​"


4. Click on the calendar you want to edit​


5. View and edit the calendar details:

  • Label: Change the name of the calendar.

  • Access: Adjust the access permissions for users.

  • Available Hours: Adjust whether the calendar will have it's own custom availability or if it will follow the availability settings on the given service or booking link.

  • Owner/Team Owner: Modify the individual or team owner of the calendar.

  • Access: Change who can view or edit the calendar.

6. Click Save
