Overview:
1. Click on Customers
2. Click on Appointments
3. Click on the Appointment You Want to Cancel/Delete
4. Click on Cancel
5. Add cancellation reason (Optional)
6. Click on Confirm

You’ll be prompted to add a reason for the cancellation. This step is optional, but it’s helpful for tracking and understanding why appointments are being canceled.
6. Click on Confirm
