You can quickly compose a new message by selecting the Send a Message button from the Quick Action cards on the Home Page. Here is a step by step guide to get you started messaging
How to start a new message from Home page
Overview:
Click on the Send a message button on the Quick Actions cards on the Home Page
Review which Contact Method you're sending the message from. Click Edit to choose a different Contact Method
Select the customers to send the message to
Click Continue
Compose your message
1. Click the Send a message button on the Quick Actions cards on the Home page
2. Review which Contact Method you're sending from. Click Edit if you'd like to send from another contact method.
3. Select the customers to send the message to
4. Click on Continue
5. Compose your message
