If you see a tag or field of the customer profile that is not editable, that means it's not data that was created by Endear, it was synced into Endear from an integration.
In order to edit a field that doesn't have an edit button in Endear, it will need to be updated/removed in its original source (ie. Shopify, Gorgias, etc.), then the data will update in Endear within a few minutes.
