  2. To view all of the different metrics, you will need to scroll to the right of highlighted section

Step 1. Visit a customer's profile either by searching for them or selecting their name from within a segment of customers.

Step 2. In the highlighted area, there are various metrics to give you insights on a customer's spending habits. To view all of the different metrics, you will need to scroll to the right. These metrics include:

  • Total Spent: total amount spent over the customer's lifetime

  • Order Frequency: How often a customer typically purchases, e.g. every 45 days

  • # of Items: Total items purchased across orders

  • Total Discounts
